Change Management-Provide research and advice regarding trends and developments connected to the activities of the organization. Define approaches, prepare, support and help individuals, teams, and organizations in making the needed structural implementations.
*Policies & Procedures
Contracting-Assist Practice in contract creation and negotiation
Compliance-Consult with the Provider on compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards applicable to the Practice, including without limitation, to those required by contractual obligation or any state or federal law or regulation, or private or public accreditation agency.
Reporting-Create reports for the purpose of making data-driven business decisions.
Payment for Patient Services -Carry out activities related to the collection of payment for patient services, including but not limited to the following tasks:
*Insurance billing (Managed Care, Medicaid, and Medicare)
*Letter to patients regarding the status for remittance of treatment, No Show and or Cancellations payment.
*Follow up for insurance claims and or Appeals
*Obtaining insurance authorization for treatment
