Change Management-Provide research and advice regarding trends and developments connected to the activities of the organization. Define approaches, prepare, support and help individuals, teams, and organizations in making the needed structural implementations.

Compliance-Consult with the Provider about the compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards applicable to the business, including without limitation to those required by contractual obligation and or any state or federal law or regulation, or private or public accreditation agency.
*Policies & Procedures
Payment for Patient Services -Carry out activities related to the collection of payment for patient services, including but not limited to the following tasks:
*Follow up for insurance claims and or Appeals
*Obtaining insurance authorization for treatment
