Tamara Mackroy has collectively 20 years of experience in managing compliance regulations, overseeing payer contracts, carrying out medical billing and coding, and performing AR/AP functions. In marrying these elements of business operations, Management & Consultative Favor, LLC was fashioned.
She has worked as a NY State Certified Physical Therapy Aide, has her AAS as a Medical Assistant, her BBA in Health Services Administration and has her MS in Human Services with a Concentration in Social Policy, Analysis and Planning. She has been the face of business development, overseen portfolios netted in the millions, and is known as an innovative thinker. Tamara has a knack for identifying inefficiencies, leading project teams and creating or revamping business processes.
Staying true to her dedication of the work she performs, Tamara has taken strides in the areas of process improvement by obtaining additional training in the segments of Program Management, Quality Management and Six Sigma; and is Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified. She is a proud member of National Organization for Human Services and serves as a Jr. Reviewer by providing assessments of proposals. She is also an active member of the American Society for Quality-1509 Orlando Chapter, of which she attends meetings and share viewpoints from a human services perspective.
Tamara is a Board of Directors member for the Center for Independent Living and the Co-Chair for The Longest Day Committee for the Alzheimer’s Association’s Central and North Florida Chapter. In her roles, she joins forces with fellow stakeholders on the strategic planning that is needed to help the organization successfully achieve their goals. Tamara is also a member of the Project Management Institute-Orlando Chapter and is a member of Grace for Living Ministries in Longwood, FL.
